Google is rolling out an auto app archiving option in Play Store settings to help save storage space.
Archived apps will have a small cloud icon and can be filtered in the Manage apps section.
Auto archiving uses Android's App Bundle format to downsize apps by up to 60% without losing data.
Archived apps need to re-download some files when opened again.
