Russian-installed Crimea authorities plan to sell about 100 Ukrainian properties, including one belonging to Ukrainian President Zelenskiy.
The speaker of the Crimean parliament said the nationalized properties would be sold "soon".
The authorities held the first eight auctions for properties of Ukrainian business figures.
The sale contracts totaled over $8.5 million.
In February, Russian-installed authorities said they had nationalized around 500 properties in Crimea.
