Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's Indigo Disk Expansion Arrives Dec. 14 After Underwhelming Predecessor

The Indigo Disk expansion for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet releases on December 14, 2023. It is part 2 of The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero DLC.

The expansion takes players to Blueberry Academy, a futuristic underwater school. You visit as an exchange student and focus on battling.

The expansion brings back all previous Pokemon starter characters and introduces a new Legendary called Terapagos.

IGN hopes this expansion improves on The Teal Mask, which had technical issues and quality problems.

The expansion follows the disappointing The Teal Mask DLC, which IGN said "runs terribly, looks ugly, feels predictable" in their review.
