HBO Max Downgrading Legacy Subscribers to HD, Removing 4K and Extra Stream

HBO Max is removing 4K streaming and an extra concurrent stream from legacy ad-free subscribers starting Dec 5.

Legacy subscribers will be limited to HD quality like current $15.99/month plan.

To keep 4K, legacy customers need to upgrade to $19.99/month "ultimate" plan.

Downloads are unaffected, both legacy and current ad-free plans allow 30 titles offline.

Cheapest Max plan is $9.99/month "with ads" tier, includes 2 streams and HD but no downloads.
