Mary Tyler Moore's Sprawling Greenwich Estate Where She Found Solace Lists for $21.9 Million

Mary Tyler Moore's historic Connecticut estate listed for $21.9M. The 5-bedroom, 7.5-bath Georgian Colonial was bought by the actress and husband in 2006 for $10M.

The couple renovated and expanded the home to 13,825 square feet. It includes a conservatory, elevator, gym, pool and outdoor fireplace.

The home sits on over 7 acres in Greenwich. It has formal living and dining rooms, library, and owner's suite with marble details.

Moore died in 2017 at age 80 after battling diabetes and contracting pneumonia. Her husband called the conservatory her "special place."

Levine said selling is "massively difficult" but he must "step away" now. They built it for Moore, not as an investment.
