Apple Rolling Out AirTag Firmware Update 2.0.61 Over the Coming Weeks

A new AirTag firmware update 2.0.61 is rolling out gradually over the next few weeks.

You can check your AirTag's firmware version in the Find My app under the AirTag's details.

Apple doesn't share what's included in AirTag firmware updates.

There's no way to manually install AirTag firmware updates. Your iPhone will automatically download and install updates.

The rollout started Nov 1 with 1% of devices, increasing to 10% by Nov 7, 35% by Nov 14, and 100% by Nov 28.
