Apple Discontinuing Low-Cost Siri-Only Apple Music Voice Plan

Apple is discontinuing its lower-priced Apple Music Voice Plan this month in all countries where it was offered.

The Voice Plan, priced at $4.99/month in the U.S., provided Siri-only access to Apple Music.

Apple says the plan lacked some features like spatial audio and family sharing offered in more expensive plans.

Existing Voice Plan subscribers will lose access after their final billing cycle. Apple will notify them before this happens.

Apple says other Apple Music plans already work with Siri, so they will optimize that experience going forward.
