Remedy has released a major update (v1.0.8) for Alan Wake 2 that fixes over 200 bugs and issues. It improves audio, graphics, gameplay, missions, and more.

The update fixes progression blocking bugs, audio issues (especially on Xbox), graphical glitches, animation bugs, and stuck points.

One annoying fixed bug caused the Oceanview Hotel echo not to align properly in Room 665.

Remedy apologized for bugs and thanked players for patience. The team is moving on to Alan Wake 2's expansions and other projects.
